Amboseli National Park

Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture. On this day our driver/guide will pick you at exactly 5.a.m from your Nairobi hotel or airport.Arriving at Amboseli at around 8.45a.m.You will do a game drive till 1.00.p.m when you will break for lunch at the Ol tukai lodge or at the Serena Hotels or you may have carried picnic lunch to be enjoyed at the Observation hill.Thereafter you will have an enroute game drive as you depart for Nairobi arriving at around 7.p.m
