.Leave Cape Town behind and travel in a luxurious minivan to the Stellenbosch wine area, which is renowned for its Mediterranean climate and rich soils that contribute to the region's annual production of millions of litres of wine. Reboard your minivan with your knowledgeable guide and drive farther northwest to the Paarl wine area, which is home to renowned winemakers like Fairview. Visit the Fairview Wine Estate and sample a number of their well-known white wines and cheeses. Since this is a private trip, you are free to alter your daily schedule as you see fit. Take your time and meander the route, staying a little longer if you'd like to or perhaps stopping at cute places along the way. We advise getting there early for a master tasting of wine with cheese and olive oil, which will expand your palette and imagination to tastes you never imagined were possible.
