What You Will Do
Begin your day at Nakupenda Island (Sandbank), where you can relax on a beach that vanishes with the tide. Sail aboard a Swahili dhow, enjoying ginger-spiced tea, refreshing juices, homemade bread, and tropical fruits. Snorkel in the crystal-clear waters and savor local fruits, snacks, and a Swahili cuisine Lunch buffet with soft drinks.
Next, visit Prison Island (Changuu Island) to explore the old slave prison ruins and meet the Aldabra giant tortoises, once owned by Sultan Said Majid.
End with a historical walk through Stone Town, visiting landmarks like the Old Market, House of Wonders, Tippu Tip House, and the Old Fort, while discovering Zanzibar's rich history and culture.
