Discover the beauty of Armenia by visiting the stunning Lake Sevan! This must-see destination is majestically located at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains, just an hour drive from the city of Yerevan.
During the tour you will visit the historical monasteries of Sevanavank and Hayravank, located on the hills overlooking the lake.
Continue along the picturesque coast to the village of Noratus, where the largest collection of khachkars is located. These stone steles, decorated with crosses, unique only to Armenian culture, tell stories about the people's religion, architecture and ancient legends. One legend says that Hayk, the ancestor of the Armenians, ordered every stone in Armenia to be decorated, giving an insight into the rich history and culture of the ancient country.
