Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience by taking a full-day hiking tour along the wild section of the Great Wall. Jinshanling, a beautiful and less-crowded section. Hike on the original and unrestored Great Wall might be a little challenging, but the desolate beauty and great photo opportunities are worthy of your effort.

Meeting Point

Jinshanling Great Wall

Your tour guide and professional driver will pick you up from your hotel at around 07:00 to 07:30 in the morning. Your guide will contact you the evening before to confirm the exact meeting time. After around 2.5 hours, you will arrive at the foot of the Jinshanling Great Wall and then please follow your guide to start the hike. This section still maintains the original look and reveals a beauty of desolation. En route, you will pass by three famous watchtowers, namely Big Jinshan Tower, Small Jinshan Tower, and Black Tower. After another one hour's hiking, you will arrive at the Shalingkou Pass. You may either descend at Shalingkou or continue hiking for another 30 minutes to Zhuanduokou Pass according to your own physical condition. After you get down from the wall, your guide will escort you back to the hotel.
