What You Will Do
You will not only learn how to make mochi, but you will learn the cultural back ground of mochi in Japan. In this 2 hour course, you will make and taste 5 kinds of mochi dishes made from mochi flour and mochi rice. You'll get a hands-on experience of touching mochi and shaping it into various desserts. At the end of the course, you will be able to taste the Mochi with green tea or coffee. (Other fruit will be used in case strawberries are unavailable).

The building does not have a sign in English but we are next to Family Mart Convienience Store. Go up the stairs or the slope and you will find the entrance to the building. Please call #303 at the door to get in.
