Annapurna base camp trek leads you at the foot of world's tenth highest Mt. Annapurna, towers above at 8,091 m and 26,545 ft high, Annapurna Base Camp and Sanctuary one of the most sought trekking destinations on this planet earth where you will be walking from warm sub-tropical climate of rice paddy fields and terraces and towards high rolling hills dotted with traditional Gurung villages of interesting culture, and then into cooler alpine zone within enchanting forest of tall rhododendron (National Flower of Nepal), magnolia, birch, pines, bamboos and fir tree lines. At Annapurna Base camp where the view of mountain encircles you within picturesque and scenic Annapurna sanctuary along with an immense traditional culture of old heritage around Gurung villages within a short duration of time, which makes this trek more special that is why Annapurna base camp regarded as a most scenic adventure in and around Himalaya.
