What You Will Do
The Everest Base Camp Trek with Round-Trip Helicopter Flight, one of the world’s finest treks, is a trekking possibility in the Himalayas, where Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay set off on their incredible adventure in 1953. The trip also includes acclimatization and cultural trek into Khumbu Valley’s scenic Sherpa heartland. Another highlight of the trip is the opportunity to stay in the finest local luxury lodges and encounter the typical Himalayan way of life. Appreciate the majestic Himalayan vistas near the Khumbu region with four of the world’s six highest peaks on Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, and Cho Oyu rising above all. Besides trekking, experience the life of the world-famous climbers, the Sherpas. The trek further offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the world heritage site of Sagarmatha National Park, which hosts a range of Himalayan flora and fauna and visit the world’s highest Buddhist monasteries.
