What You Will Do
Join us on a transformative journey through the Enabling Village, where inclusivity and empowerment take the centre stage. Our 2-hour walking tour, led by a guide with disability, offers a unique experience in the heartlands of Singapore.
As we explore the Enabling Village on foot, you will discover the principles of universal design, which embraces the diverse needs of individuals with physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and autism. From the inclusive preschool to the gym and dental clinic equipped with specialised equipment for persons with disabilities, witness the many “firsts” that make the Enabling Village a pioneering example of an inclusive community.
Join us on the Enabling Village tour and be part of a movement that empowers persons with disabilities, fosters inclusivity, and celebrates the strength of the human spirit.
