The Temple of the Tooth Relic is a sacred site in Sri Lanka that has been around for centuries. It was built in honor of the tooth relic, which is said to have been left behind by Buddha himself. The temple itself is a complex structure that includes a large statue of the tooth relic itself, as well as smaller statues representing the different stages of Buddha's life.
