With 750+ reviews on Trip Advisor (5 stars) and operating since 2015, Island Organics Samui created the first farm to table Thai cooking experience for travellers to explore on Samui. Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will teach you how to prepare and cook Thai in our purpose built Thai cookery kitchen.
* You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour our organic micro-farm as part of your Thai cookery experience on Koh Samui.
* Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend this class - without exception. If you arrive with young children / infants your class will be cancelled without refund. Unfortunately we had young children disrupt the entire class so this is our 2025 policy. We apologies to all well mannered kids & parents if unable to join.
