The Sky View observatory features a stunning 25m-long glass floor at the cantilevered enjoying exceptional views of the Burj Khalifa, the city, visitors can also admire through a panoramic elevator with glass on 3 sides, and the Panorama 52 restaurant.
Sky Views offers unique adrenaline-raising experiences introduced for the first time in the region, including an outdoor glass slide propelling visitors.
Another first in the region, the Edge Walk, is a thrilling air-walk experience allowing visitors to step onto the external perimeter in a hands-free walk taking in the sweeping views of Burj Khalifa while defying gravity.

- Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age).
- Weight: 30 – 120 kg. Height: 135 – 200 cm
- Modest, comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops or loose footwear.
- Wearing the Edge Walk overall is a must to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Not under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
- Free from serious physical or mental disorders that would not allow you to complete the physical and mental tasks required during the experience.
- Free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.
- 01 way private transfer from Dubai hotels to Address Sky view is included only if 01 way transfer option is selected.
- The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area.
- The time you are selecting will be your Sky View visit. Hotel pick up will be 01 hour prior to selected visit time.
- If transfer option is selected , please mention your hotel details in the "Special Requirements" column
- Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
