What You Will Do
Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. Together we will do the steps of the recipe and we will give tips and suggestions, while we can have a good conversation about Vietnam, about the food and the tradition. The menu can be designed as vegetarian or vegan.
Allow our skilled chef to mentor you step by step through traditional Vietnamese cooking methodology. Enjoy 3 tasty dishes and one dessert to complete your meal. Iced tea and water will be served during your cooking class. A nice folder with all detailed recipes will be given to you at the end of your class.

Meeting Point
Please come to our cooking class at 74/7 Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1 at 2:20pm inside Hoa Tuc Restaurant. The class will start at 2:30pm.
