Knossos, the center of Minoan civilization and the capital of Minoan Crete is worth a visit. Knossos was the prosperous Minoan Capital and the residence of King Minos. Some believe, that the intricate Palace with its many rooms was the mythical labyrinth. In the archaeological museum of Heraklion, you will find the largest collection of Minoan findings. The tour to Knossos is offered in two different ways.
