Hi, I'm Giorgio, welcome to our ancient family vinegar factory.
Together with my father Mario, President of the Consortium of Producers "Antiche Acetaie" and President of the Association of ABTM D.O.P. I share the passion for ABTM in all its facets, from production to the disclosure of its secrets.
In the acetaia we will show you numerous batteries including the one started by my great-grandfather Mario in 1905 still in production.
We will also talk about other important batteries for my family such as those started by my grandfather Giorgio in the early 1950s in honor of the birth of his children.
Thanks to our great passion for ABTM we have decided to open the doors of our house and welcome you to this magical world.

IF YOU NEED A LIFT TO REACH US FROM THE CENTER OF MODENA WE CAN ORGANIZE A SHUTTLE BUS AT THE COST OF €10 EACH PERSON (RETURN TRIP) FROM MODENA STATION (the service is guaranteed if booked at least 24 hours in advance).
