What You Will Do
You will discover Bari and its identity, in the alleys animated by the simple and genuine life of its inhabitants. You will eat local specialties like sgaggliozze (sliced, fried polenta), orecchiette or parmigiana prepared by the expert hands of housewives, who will open their houses for you.
