-Can you breathe underwater?
Well yes, through the SCBA, we are able to breathe freely with an average autonomy of about 1 hour (depending on how hungry you are for air), at a depth of 5 meters.
-What is ARA?
The air breathing apparatus is a set of equipment: cylinder, regulators (underwater snorkel) and Jacket (a jacket that allows us to float underwater)
-Where does the activity take place?
Theory: Diving Center
Delimited basin: Spiaggia del Riso
Open waters: from inflatable boat in AMP
The Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara extends from Capo Boi to the island of Serpentara, but its heart is located on the Isola dei Cavoli where zones A are located (only divers are allowed access) and B or those rich in marine life.
Obviously they are not the only points where marine flora and fauna are in abundance, in fact, based on the marine weather conditions, you can dive at the rock of S. Caterina or Cava Usai.

Meeting Point
Leave the vehicle on the road. To access the port just go down the stairs. Our restaurant is located north of the building.
