What You Will Do
Experience the real Sardinian wine and olive oil culture visiting two farms located right one step from Cagliari togheter with an expert tour guide and sommelier. Visit an oil mill, make a professional tasting of 3 different high quality olive oil and visit the museum of the Sardinia olive oil tradition. Visit a nice winery sorrunded by vineyards. Learn the wine production process and the refining methods. Taste 4 different wines accompanied by local products like bread, cheese and cured meat.

Here you will have a guided tour of the modern mill for the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Subsequently you will taste three different kind of olive oil and you will learn how to recognise a good quality olive oil and the tasting technique thanks to the help of an expert. Then you will visit the museum of olive oil tradition where you can see the old tools. Cost for the admission to the oil mill, olive oil tasting and museum: € 10 per person (not included in the price of the tour).
