What You Will Do
Learn to cook like an italian chef with a friendly local gourmet. Combine simple ingredients, such as flavor, water, eggs for creating a delicious dish. Mix raw products with passion, and prepare the dough of pasta fresca improving your cooking skills, knead, cut, tagliatelle roll and fill ravioli, to create your favorite dish. Discover how to dress your pasta with the classic "fresh tomato red sauce" or the elegant "white sage and butter sauce". Get cooking tips while rolling the dough and then shape it easily. Once the work is completed, take a sit and enjoy the fruits of your labor in a convivial atmosphere.
