What You Will Do
Carbonara can be both the easiest and most difficult recipe to make. I will teach you every step and make myself sure you know how to do everything alone. In spite of many beliefs, in the authentic Italian recipe for carbonara, the ingredients are very few and of excellent quality. You will learn how to choose the right ingredients, and you will cook with me. At the end of the lesson I will hand out recipes, pictures and an unforgettable memory.
