- Canyoning can be practiced by anyone who has the basic skills of progression / walk in mountain, able to withstand physical exertion intensity over medium-low and for periods of time more or less prolonged (lasting about reference: 3 hours and average distance reference terrain: 1 km). Although, we just have some limitations, required by the equipment sizes, including: - Minimum height and weight: 25 Kg | 130cm - Maximum height and weight: 115 kg | 210 cm
