- Peles Castle is closed on Mondays year-round and on Tuesdays from 1st of August, 2024, to 1st May 2025. Peles is also closed on 20th of April 2025 Sunday. If your tour is booked within this period then you will see Peles Castle from the outside. You will spend more time at Bran Castle and Brasov. Subject to change due to castle policy

- No heart problems or other medical conditions such as car sickness.
- Not allowed for pregnant travelers
- No luggage or large bags allowed. One small handbag or small backpack per person allowed onboard the coach.Company or staff involved in the activity are not responsible for any of the guests belongings
- No refunds will be approved for late arrivals or failing to meet at the designated meeting point and departure time.
- In the event of heavy traffic on the roads or force majeure situations, occasionally the tour can take more than 12 hours

- Arrive 30 minutes before the departure time for the check in process as there is no possibility to join the tour at a later moment. The tour will not wait for latecomers.
