What You Will Do
In the heart of the Alps, we will visit one of the largest natural attractions in Slovenia - Lake Bled. Besides the blue-green water, we will be able to admire also the picturesque architecture of the Bled castle, which is built atop a cliff that rises above the lake. It is possible to reach the unique island in the middle of the lake with the traditional Pletna boat. There, we will climb up the 99 stone-step staircase to the church and ring the wishing bell. Alternatively, you can decide for a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore, enjoying some of the most spectacular views of this picturesque lake.

With extensive natural beauty, Bled, together with its surroundings, ranks among the most beautiful Alpine resorts, renowned for its 17th-century Baroque church on a small fairytale island in the middle of the picturesque emerald-green lake. The beauty of the mountains reflected on the lake, the sun, the quietness and the fresh air can be admired especially from the traditional boat made by locals which is only known at Bled and it is called »the Pletna boat«. All these various experiences arouse pleasant feelings in visitors throughout the year and guarantee an ideal base for a relaxing break or an active holiday.
