What You Will Do
It is a two-body structure with a staircase, flanked by two pottery, finished in slope and double scapular boards. At the top there is a small rectangular base temple with five columns at the front and many columns at the back without side walls; south of this element is a roofed tunnel with angular vault that connects us to the central buildings.
This three-body building belongs to the 3rd B-century, with slope walls covered with tombstones sculpted with representations of human figures in very strange positions and with characteristic physical features of Olmec sculpture.

On your visit to Oaxaca, do not miss the opportunity to know its main archaeological area, Monte Alban, which was named by the Zapotecs as "Dani Baá" or Montaña Sagrada and, later, "Yucucui" or Cerro Verde, by the indigenous Mixtecs who inhabited it around the twelfth century. Monte Albán is the large urban center built by Zapotec culture. It is part of the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. In Monte Albán, you can find three main structures, all with primarily ceremonial functions: the South Platform, the Big Ball Game and the Dancers building (or Building L).
