What You Will Do
ReConnect has set up one of the most beautiful, serene, and rewarding ice baths that you will ever take.
Set on a secluded Caribbean beach in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, you will be led with breathwork practices to prepare for the cold. Then each takes turn to tackle the ice. Benefits include reduced inflammation in the body, increased recovery from injuries, and most importantly, serious improvements in mental health of the people who regularly take ice baths. Mother Nature’s hidden gem.
