Kulaniapia Falls is the largest, privately accessible waterfall in Hawaii, and the ONLY waterfall in the area that you can swim / kayak / paddleboard under when river safety conditions permit (rental fee applies for kayaks and paddleboards).

Private, exclusive, and shared with only a limited number of guests each day, you never have to worry about crowds as you explore over 40 acres, surrounding the state of Hawaii’s largest privately accessible waterfall. Enjoy miles of trails, incredible views of 4 waterfalls, bamboo gardens, and when river safety conditions permit, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding (rental fee applies) under Kulaniapia Falls, which is over 120 feet tall - that’s 40 feet taller than Rainbow Falls! Your daypass also includes a discount on all of our other guided experiences and adventures like waterfall rappelling, farm tours and cooking classes. PLEASE NOTE: There is absolutely no access to the property without an advance reservation. Your daypass gives you access to Kulaniapia Falls from 10am to 3pm. You must arrive promptly at 10am. After 10:15am, late arrivals are subject to an additional fee. Exceptions are only made for the late arrival of cruise ships.
