What You Will Do
Exploring the idyllic and unvisited beaches of the Paraty region, particularly Praia do Sono, offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Praia do Sono is indeed a paradisiacal beach nestled within a preserved natural area, featuring a typical fishing village atmosphere that exudes peace and magic.
The trail from Larajeiras to Praia do Sono presents an opportunity to discover the charms of the Atlantic Forest and immerse oneself in nature's beauty. For those inclined, continuing to Praia dos Antigos allows for further exploration of stunning seaside locations.
It's important to note that the trails can vary from moderate to difficult, with some sections being steep and physically demanding. Therefore, being in good physical condition is advisable. However, the breathtaking views and relaxing moments spent on these pristine beaches make the effort entirely worthwhile.
