Upon reaching the viewpoint, travelers will find themselves surrounded by nature and a cool mountain breeze. They will be able to appreciate a spectacular view of the city extending towards the valley, with the skyscrapers of Bogotá and the neighborhoods on the horizon. On a clear day, they will be able to admire the mountains that surround the city, such as the Andes mountain range. The Mirador de La Calera offers an open space with different observation points, some with benches and rest areas. Travelers will be able to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and delight in the majesty of the view. Many visitors choose this location to capture impressive photos of the city from above.
