Night 1: Pick Up from Cusco Hotel. (Overnight Bus Cusco to Puerto Maldonado) A Night Before we do the trip, We will come and pick you up from your Hotel and Take you where the Cusco Bus Terminal is. We will take Overnight Bus Cusco to Puerto Maldonado Between 8:30pm to 9:00pm and arrive to Puerto Maldonado at 6:30am
