What You Will Do
Imagine starting your morning on Lake Titicaca, paddling for around 1h side by side with your partner in a stable, easy-to-use kayak.
The calm blue waters reflect the rising sun over the Andes Mountains as you move through peaceful reed beds, where birds fly and sing. On this small-group adventure, your friendly guide leads you towards the Uros Floating Islands, far from the noise of motorboats—just the quiet rhythm of your paddles.
As you arrive, step onto a floating island made of reeds and receive a warm welcome from an Uros family. You’ll see how they build their homes from reeds, listen to stories of their history, and even take an optional ride on a traditional reed boat. This half-day experience is the perfect mix of adventure and culture
Enjoy beautiful moments, learn about a unique way of life, and create memories together that will stay with you long after your journey ends.
